Safety Statements
Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, all businesses must have a Safety Statement. It sets out the rights and obligations of both employers and employees in relation to health and safety within their specific workplace.
The work starts with a site visit. I walk your premises, identify the risks and hazards, and advise on what measures the 2005 Act requires before preparing your individual company Safety Statement.
The result is a document written for your workplace, not a template with your name pasted in.
